Garlicky Steak & Mushroom Bites
You know those days when you crave something really rich and savoury, but you
don't have a lot of time or want to give much effort? This is the answer. These
steak and mushroom bites are low effort, high reward.
The marinade is made with ingredients you most likely have on hand. And although
the meat would benefit from hanging in the mixture for a while, as long as you
give it some time to hang out, it'll take on the flavour.

from pan.
Return pan over medium heat and melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant,
